The four sub-folders in the 'Data' folder contain the raw data necessary for producing Figures 3 and 4 from the paper. Each folder contains different CSV files accounting for different experimental runs when the polarisations are perpendicular (Perp), Parallel with \phi=0 (Para), \phi = \pi (Pi), and when \phi changes according to the feedback protocol described on the paper (Feedback).

The four columns of each CSV file describe:
i) The detector channel that was recorded in the time-tagger (4 or 5)
ii) The time of t detection since the beginning of the STIRAP sequence. (Called tSTIRAP)
iii) The time of the detection since MOT was thrown. (Called tMOT)
iv) The pulse number.

The raw data is then processed to create the file 'Homs.mat', which is imported to produce Figs. 3 and 4.
